Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

What if my order gets lost or damaged during shipping?

Unfortunately, Nibby’s Crafty Creations has no control after handling your shipment over to the carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of your package's arrival. I will do my best to resolve any issues.
